Bro, you have put 3 questions altogether, though closely related but not linked.

Firstly, you asked that how to bring change in our System. Answer itna mushkil nahi, magar is ki implementation hamare haan bohot mushkil hai. System kon banata hai? People. so, awaam-o-khwaas ko badal dijiye, system khud change ho jaye ga.

Secondly you asked if "revolution" is the best policy for change? I don't know what context your "change" is of but let me tell you; Revolution is not a policy for Change. In fact change is the first step towards revolution. Revolution is the bigger and the broader a concept, than the one we have perceived. To bring revolution, we need to bring change first, to bring change, we need to CHANGE ourselves.

thirdly, the wave of Egypt Conflict and Tunisian Revolt has no significant impact on us; for firstly it is the revolution in comparatively far-off Arabian peninsula aur hum to China or Iran se sabaq nahi seekhte, yeh countries duur ki baat. secondly, agar aisa koi impact hota to samne aa chuka hota, revolution does not wait for centuries-long synthesis!
