its very simple. open up 18th amendment's clauses, and compare the clauses that are proposed to be changed/amended in 19th amendment. (these articles are proposed to be amended: articles 81, 175, 175-A, 182, 213 and 246. )

or if I say its all about the procedure to appoint the judges, it won't be wrong!
