As Sir Hammad is a committed person, he might have come a little late at times, but he always makes for that by giving extra time. At the end of the day, what matters most is the result.....and that only Officers Academy genuinly owns.
I am quite surprised that why Sir Hammad is the only focus of this discussion. Either his influence is too strong that you can't get him off your mind or you are too insecure of his achievements. And none can hinder the fame and respect if ALLAH wills to bestow upon someone.
