I still maintain that we can in the future celebrate a casualty free basant (Kisi ki jaan ko khatray mein dalay baghair) .. I never meant k abhi basant per se pabandi uthaa lain, I only meant that after we have taken all precautionary measures and after a complete law in the system about this industry is introduced, we should celebrate it .. Even if it takes a decade in clearing all the mess ..
And yea, we should celebrate it within the limits of Islam .. Read this:
