@ z a khan, as far as written part is concern you have not to worry, but these are the days before the exam try to concentrate on your fitness, take proper sleep and normal diet, however if you are using medicine then take them properly in days of exam. however
inshallah you pass the written part then for interview you will need advice of your doctor, but just chill now and take care of you health,
