I have opted for Mercantile Law in my second attempt(2005). I am quite unsure about the way I have tackled the case study type of questions.I would be extremely grateful if you could find time and answer my following querries.

1. Please throw light on the cases and what would would be the possible decission on the cases such as Fahad VS Hassan seed company and Goonline VS High tech.
2. Please tell us, if you know, how examiner mark the paper, in my paper decision on few cases seems quite right but I have missed to include the Section Numbers and key case points.
