Does it make one a good Bureaucrate a good administrator? i dont believe so,,,,,

i absoulty agree.. coz just looking at these words when one is sitting in exams... feels like u hv come for a wrong paper , its french rather than eng.. and u forget all the ANGRAZI tat u think u know....
