You should use the [url] tag properly instead of pasting the raw link. You can see the usage details here: url tag usage.

For example, in the above post you wrote:
http://khwabgarr.blogspot.com/2009/12/love-love-thy-neighbour-as-thyself.html
due to which we got the above problem خواب گر: بانو قدسیہ.

What you should have actually written is:
[url="http://khwabgarr.blogspot.com/2009/12/love-love-thy-neighbour-as-thyself.html"]Bano Qudsia Interview[/url]
Then link would have appeared as Bano Qudsia Interview
