Those who have attempted this essay please share your outline with me.i have not much hope pinned with this essay.
My major confusion is that i didn't broach Pakistan's handling of the CSS-2010 Floods in detail.I concentrated on how Governments should tackle this issue ate national and international levels.I also gave hint of Haiti Earthquake and Australian Floods.Some of my friends have attempted this essay.They are of the opinion that Pakistan's efforts in the wake of Floods were to be discussed.
