brother you said that in some circumstances the orders of Islam are changed. but this is not true. The orders of Islam remains unchanged.But the way of applying these orders changes. and this way should be according to Quran and Sunna. and that is why the doors of ijtehad are not closed.
so ijtehad is necessary. and ijtehad is always according to Islamic orders. so orders not changed the way of applying these orders is changed.
