Folks, there are 12 occupational groups


Pakistan Customs Service,
Commerce and Trade Group,
District Management Group,
Foreign Service of Pakistan,
Inland Revenue Service,
Information Group,
Military Lands & Cantonments Group,
Office Management Group,
Pakistan Audit and Accounts Service,
Police Service of Pakistan,
Postal Group,
Railways (Commercial and Transportation) Group


I am pretty sure that everybody knows about DMG, PSP, FSP but very few people have the right knowledge and information about the remaining groups. (I personally donot know much about them). So people who have authentic information about the remaining groups are requested to share info and guide.

On the sub-forums of these occupational groups, it is often seen that people start quarreling and embarrassing each other instead of keeping the discussion dispassionate.

So here every one is requested to participate and give the pros and cons of every group (except DMG, PSP and FSP as i believe that everyone knows about it) keeping in regard the career mobility, promotions, benefits etc

Please do share information especially for groups like Railways, Postal,, OMG and others. We can start from railways group.
