this was my answer.

n this topic / crux of the Topic viz probs of pakistan.....seemed to be he ONLY prevailing Question thru out css 2011. . .. .be it essay or pak affair or current affair or IR . ...

any one agre with me!?
this same was my outline but believe me not for this question, it was for the essay "How can Pakistan become a true independent state"....

well ur approach to this question is also correct as without discussing the problems u can't predict the future...

i did with the same way, problems currently faced, their possible solutions till 31 dec 2011 n then what could be the stand of the nation at the beginning of 2012
