i am confused again .......... i saw the detail marks sheets of some candidates but surprised to see that most of them are failed in aggregate. what's is the minimum criteria to clear the aggregate? isn't it 120 out of 300?(EDS+C.A+P.A).
The thing which is surprising for me is the total of more than 120 of candidates and they are saying they failed in aggregate. what is this?
can anyone explain?
