First written exam, then successful candidates are called for psychological test and interview. Then final result is announced on basis of all Pakistan merit. Open merit seats are those seats which top merit candidates are to get from all over Pakistan. Then there are different kind of quotas such as Provincial, women, minority. Allocations are carried out on the basis of merit and preference.
