Dear, well done. U attempted better but i think its a large essay which u summed up like a short essay.
Here u should mention other countries also who brought education system on high ups.
The capable/competitive teachers may be selected through commission. New mode of training for the primary teachers and an internal auditing commitee should be constituted for strict presence of teachers in rural area schools, one sylabus should be tought in whole country. The sylabus of public schools must be examined and approved through competent authority according to the government sylabus. Iqra schooling system is now a days providing good education. Islamic education and worldly related are summed up in a good manner, and u can mention more.
