Tax is not the single way to survive. Resources are definately needed to run a country. 3 ways exist to have resources.

1) Savings or avoid expenditures (for example in Pakistan s perspectives, we can save 350 arab rupees by privatising our 9 companies who are in loss due to Govt corruption. This amount can be sufficient to run more than 150 universities.

2) Generation of resources (like coal, gold, engergy). It is work of scientists to explore resources and to develop new technologies and export our products aborad and earn country s revenues. But our govt neglects this issue.

3) Last is taxation to fill the mouth of Govt and and pockets of corrupt politicians.
