Taxation is one of the major source to boost the economy but we cant say that it is the one and only source.There are natural resources,especially in coutries like pakistan,we have tremendous potential regarding naturl resources.The immediate need is to explore and exploit these resources.As for as Tax is concerned ,it is very much important in present scenario as there is comletely downfalll on production side.Hence govt have no other option then to enforce direct and indirect taxes.The Zakat system can be modified according to the present demands of the country.The money sending from abroad,Exports,national institutes and national products are all source of national income......
