correct time will be 8:45

40 ec lost till 7pm
as in 24 hrs lost 2mins
so in 1 hr lost 2/24 mins
from 11 am to 7 pm 8hrs
in 8hrs lost 2/24*8 mins
convert it into sec by multiplying with 60 makes 40 secs
