You may increase exercise by adding football to your evening schedule. and jog + 5 to 10 shoot runnings a day; by shoot i mean running at full speed for as long as you can then rest and then start again and repeat for around 10 times. And use lemon+salt mixed in water. so after tomorrow will be the d-day for you. wish u good luck
