It's worth to do when one is already working in Banking Industry.
Many banks offer one time bonus at the clearance of each stage. At first stage employee is entitled Rs. 50,000, Rs. 75,000 at second stage, and Rs. 100,000 at the final stage.
In addition to this, it gives you edge over the employees at the time of promotion.
