Nice contribution. The sunlight is not the only source of Vit D, but the cod-fish's liver oil is a very good source of it. To the point that the dark skins are more vulnerable to the deficiency of Vit D is troubling for me. As far as my knowledge is concerned, the darker colors appear dark because they absorb much of the light and reflects less, the vice versa is with the lighter colors - they reflect more light and absorb less, so they appear more brighter to the eye. May be that is why, the races in the regions of Europe and America are much known for the deficiency of Vit D.
