How India, Pak and Aghanistan (IPA) can play the role within

If we have a aerial view on the socio and economic problems of the said countries, we will have this picture:
Afghanistan is a war torn country and there is no stable political government. After American and NATO withdrawl, there will be again civil war that will also hurt Pakistani borders too.
Pakistan, currently in the vicious cirlce of the foreign powers. The homeland is facing severe external and internal challenges in the shape of terrorism, rocketing inflation and worst law and order situation.
India, I would say in the civil war too, its eastern borders are chanting slogans for separation. Additionally, though Indian economy growing but New Dehli has many internal issues.
Now coming to the point to counter the socio-eco problems within

• First, peace has to be brought in the war torn region. Furthermore, stable government in Afghanistan and that can be done only by Pakistan and India coz there are some forces inclined towards New Dehli and ISB.
• Pakisan and India have been enjoying hostility since the creation. The hostility needs to be eliminated. The peaceful solution of Kashmir is the core of the thought. There are others, must be solved such as Siachan, Dams and Sir creek issue and Dam on the Kabul river. Wars and hostility dont bring prosperity. EU nations resolved first all the differences and enmity among them. French people used to spit whenever they spoke a single word of English. Now the former hostile nations have opened the doors for all the members. So my point is that the states gona resolve the first differnences among them.
• Democracy lies partially in Pakistan. Afganistan is quite away from the people system. Democratic culture needed to be promoted.
• As far as the power and hegemony concerned, India has supermacy over South Asia. Indian will is also necessary in this regard.
• Saarc has to be made effective and efficient. Rahman Malik recently,suggested in Thimpu that Saarc POL be created like InterPOL to counter terrorism and Human trafficking in south Asia.
• In additon to it, SAFTA, now found in the foreign offices registers only, must be utilized and all the hurdels on the way of the association be removed to promote trade and commerce. We have opened border for Afghan and Indian trade, but India and Pakistan have not started their flights yet. Visa service is also notable in this context.

The world is leading towards the regionalism. South Asia cant be EU without the collective efforts of the Saarc countries. Again, I would say peaceful solution of Kashmir is the key for Saarc toward becoming another EU of the world.
