I had gone through an interview in a private marketing firm for the market executive. Very same question was asked from me and I replied, "I have three reasons which provoke me to join this firm: first the nature of job matches my attitude and skills, second the environment here is much helpful and conducive for excelling in the feild than rest of the private sector offices, and finally the salary package here is really impressive and inspires me for putting in my every energy here for mutual benefits of the firm and myself."

And they hired me later in the day.
