Dude, What SNGPL Islamabad has to do with this stuff when their (SNGPL's) Head Office is in Lahore?

By the way, I got an e-mail too . The docs should reach there by 23 August. But I am confused whether it is equivalent to BPS-17 permanent job or something lesser than that .

Can anyone guide about it? Plus, being an AD in federal Government is better than this post or Admin Officer SNGPL is better?
