If Dr Mirza can substantiate his allegations by evidence, i think, the Chief Justice should constitute a specail enquiry committee to probe in to matter. It is not the first time that MQM has been charged off, but vested interests , fears and other reasons come in the way of taking any solid action against them. I dont favour a ruthless action against them, but law should be allowed to take its course and no one should scuttle the legal proceedings. Evidence must be collected and put before the public.

There is a critical situation that desperately demand action but with sagacity, to which the incumbent dispensations seems to be devoid of. Any action taken in haste, with out proper planning and taking in to the account all the ramifications will back fire. But it should not mean that criminals be allowed to hold sway over the city on the pretext of So-called Reconciliation policy by the Govt.
