I will suggest Indo Pak. Because the course Islamic history is a lengthy while Indo Pak is a precise subject.
If your preparation of Pak Affairs is good you can easily prepare the 2nd part of Indo Pak. So, actually you just have to to prepare the part 1 the second part would be automatically covered by PAk Affairs.
