But in Bank you are directly involved in sood dealings by giving loans which are Haram.Many muftis say that if you are in other departments of bank such as Human Resources and are not directly involved in sood than bank job is ok but who will assure a banker for his entire career that management will not transfer him to those department directly make loan and interest contracts.Bank means sood because interest is there profit.
