With the exception of IR,you optionals look healthy.
Yes,if you plan well,study hard and do it the right way,6 months are more than enough.You can do 5 revisions in these 6 months easily.

Use a thesaurus to improve your vocabulary.Learn 5 new words every day,and then try to use them in a piece of creative writing.Read DAWN daily,also try to read reader's digest or time.Try to imitate their expression while writing.Try to write more and more,on any topic you want,and get it checked from any teacher.
Creative writing means that you will be given a topic to write on,unseen,and you will have to produce a piece of writing on it.Composition of CSS English is an example of creative writing.
