Well, Holy Prophet (PBUH) said:
Meray tamam Sahaba sitaron ki manind hain. In main se kisi ki bhi pairvi kro gay to falah pa jao gay. (Bukhari Sharif)
If fights happened among some companions, there were particular reasons and ALLAH knows the best. These fights were solely not for power. It is very illogical to jump to the conclusion that they fought among themselves for power purpose. It means (god forbid) we are ignoring the saying of Holy Prophet (PBUH) and that we should not follow the companions because they fought for power.
Khulfa e Rashdin's (also among ashra mubashra) Administration was on of the best models in History... you are talking about bloodshed... why don't you look to other administrative matters. If there was bloodshed, it was not Khulfa's fault.
