Exclamation Can we call this job of ISI a career job?

I was wondering, if we could call this job to be a career job! Those of guys who are in close contact with the nature of this career may tell us very well that it is really worth chasing. The real intention here is not to compare it with other competitive exams like css, but even then, it does in one way provoke thought as to whether this job can really be better alternative in case of css and the like jobs. Is it a fact that this career has become a good solace for css failures and late competitors, just like law career, that has actual potential of being a proportionate making up of what one has failed to achieve previously in css? What about the thought that the exam pattern day by day has become highly competitive and the candidates now being finally selected are really brilliant, and that it would be waste of such a talent to continue to do a back room boys' job like this all their life, when they can really shine somewhere else and make money? Or it is really not like that, and the job is worth doing?
