furthering to my above post

i have been compelled to state that the conditions regarding law and order are worsened at some places on roads leading to Muzaffarabad Distt. and upper Hazara Division i.e. Mansehra, Shangla, Batagram, Kohistan etc.

though the infrastructure of law enforcement agencies has also been detroited in the Hazara Division and three districts of AJ&K but the Haripur of Hazara Division and remaining districts of AJ&K has not been contributing any thing for enforcing law and order and the Provincial Government in NWFP, alas, i thought that what the hell provincialism they talk of ! where is MMA ? i met some of workers of al-khidmat group, a branch of MMA they were saying that govt has not been doing any thing important

even they did not prefer to attend NSC meeting, in this respect laud goes to Chief Minister NWFP who stirred up energies to attend the meeting.

the President also confessed during his speech that initially the relief was not on speedy bcoz of lack of communication; closure of roads; less number of helis etc. but inshallah the same wont b happening in future

on the other hand, by HIS grace the roads have been filled with the trucks and vehicles loaded with the commodities and some of acquaintances of mine have gone there carrying relief goods

i have witnessed that the major points in twin cities were piled up with the luggage/donations, which r being sent to the affected areas through Trucks, Shehzores, Suzukis and personal vehicles etc. even though some lost their vehicles going/returning through the NWFP route

any how, the people are contributing a lot as well as foreign countries. inshallah all things would be okay in a day or two as two more Divs had been sent for relief work specifically for rehabilitation, for which heavy machinery sent day before yesterday

in my thinking this is the time for persistent joint/coordinated efforts, for which the army is the right body already working on ground

please regret for fore mentioned haphazard views of mine, if against to sentiments of anyone
