Conclusion:
The FR Lakki and FR Tank administration has been administrated by the PA of the adjoining FATA agency not by the DCO...
Also, others FR regions of Peshawar, Bannu, Dikhan, Kohat has been administered by the DCO of the adjoining district...

Waseem Ullah you can not jump to the conclusion by this limited information.
As per the basic idea, FR and FATA both are tribal areas and the only distiction between these two is the mode of administration. FR is administered by the DCO/DC(May be) and FATA by PA of the respective agency.
Anyways, does anybody have any information about the PATA regions like those of Upper tanawal and Khalabat in Hazara?????
Moreover i would like to have some information about the secretariat working, structure and job discription of a PMS officer.
