Dear S.Shahid,
You are over age, the date is considered from 01.05.2012 because this course will start in PMA KAKUL on the above mentioned date. On the contrary, there is no graduate course that PMA is running or inviting application for the said course. Now better you complete your 16 years of your education and apply for the education corps.
