Dear, the below mentioned is some related stuff of KPK PSC rules regarding age issues...

"5. Relaxation of prescribed conditions:- The Commission cannot relax upper age limit or any of the advertised conditions. A candidate has to approach Government for this purpose.

6. Age the Candidate:- Age in all cases shall be reckoned on last day of advertisement.

7. Age Concession:- This is given in the upper age limits as under:-

(a) Three to candidate from zone-1 and 3

(b) Period of service under Government. If terminated for want of vacancy.

(c) In case of Ex-Armed Forced Personnel, the entire period of service in Armed Forces or 10 years, whichever is less.

(d) Special concession mentioned in the advertisement.

8. Age Relaxation:- All administrative Departments are competent to grant age relaxation upto 02 years whereas Services and General Administration Department is competent to deal with cases beyond 2 years. Minimum age limit, however, cannot be relaxed in any case. "

Please solve this age issue as this is some sort of judicial issue... LLB degree holders and others senior members can solve this issue very well... : )
