See I'm quoting syllabus of C.Law here..Its like this.

'' Principles of Constitutional Law with special reference to United Kingdom, United States of America, France, Former Union of Soviet Socialist Republic, Pakistan and India.''

Now read it.Its clearly written that constitution of '' Former Union of Soviet Socialist Republic ''.....Its all about the former soviet state..And it includes constitutions of USSR like 1906 constitution and It also includes constitutions of 1918,1936,1978..

you should know the new one as well which was promulgated on 25 December 1993(It replaced the Soviet era constitution of 1978).It will help you to better understand the past and present constitutional developments of Russia.
