Post Local writer's book or foreign authur's?
I am diverted by reading interviews of different qualified css candidates. some suggest to pursue the local writer's book for preparation while other recommend to pertain the foreign authors.

kindly help me to adapt a workable alternative. in addition to that also guide me shall i turn the pages of different writers for a subject or should opt one book by well noted and authentic writer?
