I'm working as senior RBO in recently hired batch by HBL. I personally think its way better than any program out there offered by any other bank in terms of training, grooming and learning in the branch. and as far as your sales query is concerned, i think its best have sales experience at this point in time it'll help you a lot the business development how it helps bank grow, it'll help you have a bigger picture view down the line, Rest its your call.
