when writing an essay, do we put headings/points in between or do we put them at the beginning of the essay. like writing about electricity:
Should we begin our essay as:
outline
introduction,
problem of electricity in pakistan,
causes of shortfall
suggestions to improve the situation.
conclusion
and begin the details here or do we do all this step by step, describing each heading first before preceding to another?
