yes this is the dilemma........we don't have fearless and dedicated leadership, problem lies in the implementation, otherwise there is no scarcity of ideas....political will is lacking unfortunately...we have the example of Dr samar mubarik mand, who is providing solutions for energy crisis, but zero response from government side....
