It's not a hurdle in CSS. It's a hurdle for Armed forces candidates only.

To take Isapghol with warm milk twice a day is a very good treatment for Hemorrhoid. Hakeems and doctors suggests different ways to take Isapghol which make you fit. constipation (qabz) is the basic cause of Hemorrhoid, so candidates should take care of their health through proper diet and exercise.
