i second Saba, that Tort is full of case laws and that too, of very interesting nature. I, in my whole university period, have been unable to remember a single case law with title of parties and year. What i used to do was to write *A vs B* and then give short account of the facts, give heading of HELD and write down the judgement.
But im not sure if this technique goes along in the competitive examination. I feel that no examiner should think of the student as a computer that can remember each and every fact, name, figures and dates. This is humanly impossible!
