regarding your question 1, about the contradiction. it is clearly mentioned that the case was wrongly decided. and later cases have dissented from it.
so my point is true.
regarding question 2,
shia law states that the will made by a person
after he has taken poison or any act of suicide is not valid. The point of focus here is "
