best form of presentation is the one which is easier for the examiner to read and evaluate, for every paper, particularly, current affairs, ''outline and headings'' format should be adopted, as it will facilitate the candidate as well as paper checker,

p.s:remember, in css exams 80% knowledge and 20% presentation/organization of knowledge will be assessed, so try to adopt the most attractive and convincing way to present you knowledge.
