But if the president is elected by masses that would create complications like clash of legislature and executive and might cause ethnic sentiment on broad political spectrum, therefore the Chief Executive and Cabinet may not be part of legislature, like present system, but Chief Executive could be elected by the legislature and then he may have the freedom to choose his cabinet
