Well, I attempted Democracy.

Following is rough outline which i can remember:

1. Introduction
a. What is Democracy
b. Democracy in the minds and hearts instead of constitutions and parliaments
c. Democracy as a culture or a process

2. Democracy in Islam
a. Islam, the first religion of Democracy
b. In the words of Iqbal, Quaid-e-Azam and Mawaradi

3. Transformational phases of Democracy
a. Evolution of Culture
b. an unhindranced process can only lead towards formation of a culture

4. Failure of Democratic Regime in Pakistan instead of failure of Democracy
a. Political instability (why democracy could not leave its marks over our attitudes, India the same country, the same people, but now has a culture of democracy. They just let this process going.)
b. Corruption close nexus with democracy in Pakistan
c. Dictatorial regimes, devestating impacts over democracy

i cant exactly remember the outline, which i further mentioned.

Conclusion: Democracy is a said to be a culture only in that scenario when it is backed by a stable process. Democracy as a process should be the root factor for evolution of democracy as a culture. All those developed nations which are enjoying the democracy as a culture were some time in their history being ruled by dictators.
Culture does not develop over night. It is the process of democracy which paved the way of democracy as a culture.
So dictating democracy as a culture is not digestible until and unless it is not supported by a stable democratic process.
