i also received the same email instead ive sent them scanned copy of my degree. Then i called Karachi Headoffice the man there asked me about the email address on which i mailed. i.e
kci.hrd15@ubl.com.pk
But this is wrong email address
. He provided me the correct email address i.e
kci.hrd152@ubl.com.pk
Then i mailed them again.
