We are pleased to offer you a position as Retail Banking Officer at UBL. It was a very rigorous and tough selection process and you are amongst the top 200 candidates who were selected, from over 10,000 applications.

The aim of this program is to recruit young talent and to develop and train them to assume future leadership roles within the Retail Banking Group. As part of the RBO Program, you will go through comprehensive class room and on job trainings.

As part of the RBO development plan your career path will be clearly defined. The performance of all the RBOs are closely monitored and regular feedback and coaching will be given to you so as to enable you to achieve your career objectives.

What comes next?

Attached with this e-mail are all our joining documents and forms. You are requested to go through all the attached files thoroughly and fill out all the attached forms.
You will receive a call from our Learning and Development Center and will be required to go that center on the address given below to collect your appointment letters and hand over the duly filled and completed joining forms. When you go to collect your appointment letters, you will be informed of your respective date of joining and compensation details.

· Duly filled and completed joining forms (attached)

· A clear copy of your CNIC and your original CNIC

· Duly typed, signed and completed Rs.100 Bond paper (format attached)


It is imperative that you take ALL the above mentioned documents with you otherwise we will not be able to hand over the appointment letters.
