There may be a needy students in your brother's class. Why not your brother distribute this laptop to the needy one besides purchasing few of more and distributing the same all needy around him. As this is also our religious and societal duty to support needy ones in order to promote the educational environment.
We should appreciate the PML(N) government for this kind of positive action in connection with the educational supporting activities irrespective of criticism for the sake of personal satisfaction.
