For urdu preparation consult Urdu General by Bhatti publishers. Urdu Aena of intermediate level is also sufficient. These would be quite helpful for you.

Favorite novel nigar,afsana nigar and poet
urdu - qomi zuban or hamara almiya
urdu ko darpaish masail or hal
