vehicle and house depends upon posting. but usually it is a 1000 cc car, when u are in grade 17. 1300 when in grade 18 and above. again it depends upon posting.
utilities are mostly free. educational expenses of children have to be borne by parents themselves. internet and phone are allowed in office not in home.
